Event photography is the professional documentation of live events, capturing the people, activities, atmosphere and important moments as they happen.

Our Event Photography Process

We begin by understanding the event, schedule, location and intended use of the photography. We'll identify the key moments that need to be covered and any specific requirements such as group photographs, speakers, branding or VIPs.

Before the event, we'll review the schedule and logistics, considering timings, access, lighting and the different environments we'll need to cover. For larger events, a structured shot list helps ensure important moments aren't missed.

During the event, we work discreetly and adapt to what is happening around us. Alongside planned moments, we'll look for genuine interactions, reactions, details and environmental images that communicate the atmosphere of the occasion.

After the event, selected images are professionally edited and colour graded to create a consistent final collection. Where required, priority images can be processed for rapid delivery while the wider collection is completed.

Final imagery can be supplied in high-resolution and web-ready formats, depending on how the photographs will be used. Collections can be organised for immediate social media, press and marketing use as well as longer-term archival purposes.

For PurpleSector, we photographed their presence at Smart Manufacturing Week 2026 at the NEC Birmingham, documenting the brand's presence at a major industry event and creating imagery that could communicate the experience beyond the event itself.
Our work with London Youth has involved photographing events across London, capturing youth participation, sport and community engagement. This type of coverage requires an observational approach that focuses on genuine moments and interaction rather than staged imagery.
We also documented Matt and Thoma's Gaye Holud and Mehndi celebrations, capturing family, cultural traditions and the atmosphere surrounding these important pre-wedding events.
