Our services

Each project is developed clearly, with defined process, deliverables, and usage agreed upfront. If your needs span multiple formats, we will structure a solution around them.

Photography

Flux Bros manage photography from brief to final delivery, aligning visual direction with defined objectives and requirements. Shoots are carefully planned and executed, followed by post-production covering selection, colour grading, retouching, and platform formatting.

  • We establish objectives, intended use, audience, platform requirements, and any technical constraints. If the client has an existing brief, we refine it. If not, we develop one collaboratively.

    Flux Bros handles:

    • Creative brief development

    • Mood boards and visual references

    • Shot lists

    • Location scouting

    • Permit applications, if required

    • Schedule planning

    • Equipment planning

    • Logistics, transport, and contingency planning

Clients are involved at key decision points. Flux Bros works with the client to define locations, casting, and visual direction before the shoot is confirmed.

  • We define composition approach, lighting style, colour palette, texture, tone, and pacing.

    This may include:

    • Reference imagery and layout alignment

    • Framing rules and crop considerations

    • Lighting diagrams or test shoots

    • Styling guidance for wardrobe, props, and set dressing

    • Alignment with brand guidelines, if necessary

Flux Bros leads the visual direction while working alongside brand or marketing teams where appropriate. Decisions are made through documented proposals and visual references.

  • Shoots are delivered either in studio or on location, depending on the brief.

Equipment is selected based on output requirements. This may include:

    • Full-frame or medium format camera systems

    • Controlled studio lighting or portable lighting rigs

    • Colour-calibrated monitors for accurate preview

Sessions run to a defined call sheet. Time is managed against the shot list, with lighting adjustments and scene resets scheduled in advance.

Weather, location restrictions, or technical variables are managed proactively through contingency planning established in pre-production.

  • Post production follows a structured workflow.

    This includes:

    • Image selection and contact sheets

    • Colour correction and tonal balancing

    • Retouching in line with agreed standards

    • Background cleanup or compositing, if required

    • Cropping and format adjustments for platform use

A first edit is supplied for review. Feedback is consolidated into a single revision round unless otherwise agreed. Additional revision rounds are scoped separately.

Final files are prepared according to delivery requirements: print, web, social, or campaign deployment.

  • Final assets are delivered in agreed formats, typically including:

    • High-resolution TIFF or JPEG for print

    • Web-optimised JPEG or PNG

    • Cropped or resized versions for platform-specific use

    • Layered PSD files, where contractually required

Resolution, colour profile, and aspect ratios are specified in advance.

videography

Flux Bros delivers videography from concept through to final film, aligning narrative with clear objectives and audience needs. We handle filming with professional-grade equipment, followed by full post-production covering edit, sound, colour, graphics, and music licensing. Final films are supplied in platform-ready formats, including broadcast specifications and agreed usage rights where required.

  • Flux Bros work with the client to establish purpose, audience, key messages, and distribution platform before creative development starts.

From there, we develop the concept.

    This can include:

    • Narrative structure and messaging hierarchy

    • Scriptwriting or interview question frameworks

    • Storyboards or visual sequencing plans

    • Tone, pacing, and stylistic direction

    • Alignment with brand guidelines

Narrative direction is documented and presented for approval before moving into production planning. Clients sign off on concept, script, and visual treatment prior to scheduling.

  • In pre-production, Flux Bros turns the approved concept into a strong production plan.

    This can include:

    • Production scheduling and call sheets

    • Location sourcing and recce visits

    • Casting and contributor coordination

    • Risk assessments and insurance

    • Technical planning and equipment selection

    • Shot lists and scene breakdowns

    • Crew booking and logistics

Equipment is selected according to output requirements, environment, and delivery platform. Lighting, audio, and camera systems are scoped in advance in accordance with the creative direction.

  • Crew size varies depending on project scale.

    We utilise:

    • Cinema-grade digital camera systems

    • Professional audio capture

    • Controlled lighting setups or location-adapted rigs

    • Stabilisation systems, gimbals, or tracking rigs where required

    • Drone capture where appropriate and legally permitted

Scenes are filmed to a defined shot list. Multiple takes are captured where necessary to ensure performance, framing, and audio quality meet agreed standards. Live playback allows immediate review and approval.

Time, light conditions, and location restrictions are managed against the production schedule.

  • Post-production follows a staged review process.

    The workflow typically includes:

    • Assembly cut

    • Structured edit with pacing and transitions

    • Sound balancing and clean-up

    • Music selection and licensing

    • Colour correction and grading

    • Graphics, titles, and lower thirds

    • Subtitles or captions where required

An initial cut is shared for client review. Feedback is consolidated into an agreed revision round. Additional revisions are scoped separately.

Final approval is confirmed before export.

  • Final outputs are prepared according to distribution requirements.

    This may include:

    • 16:9 master for web or broadcast

    • 1:1 or 4:5 edits for social platforms

    • Vertical 9:16 formats

    • Platform-specific compression and bitrate settings

Broadcast specifications, where applicable, are adhered to in advance.

Files are delivered via secure download or transfer platform. Resolution, codecs, and aspect ratios are confirmed during pre-production.

Usage rights, music licensing terms, and distribution duration are defined contractually. Master files are archived for an agreed retention period, with re-export or reformatting available on request.

Graphic Design

Flux Bros delivers graphic design grounded in clear brand alignment and audience understanding. Visual direction spanning typography, colour, and layout is developed with consistency across print and digital applications, ensuring strong performance and accessibility. Final assets are supplied as organised, production-ready files, with guidelines and ongoing support available where required.

  • We begin every design brief with research and alignment.

Flux Bros takes time to understand the business, its market position, and its audience before creative work starts.

    This includes:

    • Brand workshops

    • Existing asset and guideline audits

    • Competitor review and market context analysis

    • Tone of voice exploration

    • Audience profiling and communication mapping

The aim is to define what the brand needs to communicate, how it needs to be perceived, and where it sits within its sector.

Findings are documented and agreed before moving into concept development.

  • Concept development translates strategy into visual direction.

    This stage includes:

    • Ideation sessions and visual exploration

    • Sketching and low-fidelity layout drafts

    • Typography selection and hierarchy definition

    • Colour palette development and system logic

    • Grid structures and layout principles

    • Image treatment and graphic devices

Initial concepts are presented with clear rationale. We outline how each direction responds to the brief and business objectives.

Client feedback is structured and consolidated before refinement begins.

  • Approved concepts move into detailed development.

    This includes:

    • Refining typography, spacing, and alignment

    • Scaling design across required formats

    • Preparing print specifications such as bleed, trim, and colour profiles

    • Adapting layouts for digital platforms and responsive environments

    • Accessibility checks, including contrast and legibility

    • Version control across multiple outputs

The focus is consistency, technical accuracy, and functional performance across channels.

  • Final assets are prepared to professional standards.

    Deliverables may include:

    • Print-ready PDFs with embedded fonts and correct colour profiles

    • Editable source files in agreed formats

    • Web-optimised graphics for digital use

    • Icon sets, social assets, or presentation templates

    • Brand guideline documents where required

File structures and naming conventions are organised for straightforward internal use. Technical specifications are confirmed before release to avoid production errors.

  • Flux Bros can continue to support implementation beyond initial delivery.

    This can include:

    • Template development for internal teams

    • Campaign roll-out across multiple channels

    • Adaptation of core assets for seasonal or regional use

    • Design retainer agreements for ongoing creative requirements

Support structures are defined at project close, ensuring the design system remains consistent and commercially effective over time.

Flux Bros offer a combined service for briefs that require more than one discipline. Projects can draw from photography, videography, and graphic design in whatever proportion the brief demands, managed under a single creative and operational structure.

Strategy, visual direction, production planning, content capture, design development, and final asset delivery are aligned from the outset, ensuring consistency across every output. Clients work with one team, one timeline, and one approval process, while benefiting from integrated thinking across stills, motion, and design systems.

The result is a coordinated body of work that functions cohesively across platforms, formats, and campaigns.
