The Project

In 2026, Flux Bros. joined VMI Studio for the European tour of Global Branded Residences conferences across Prague, Vienna and Budapest. Working alongside the wider production team, the brief was to document each event through photography and video, capturing presentations, panel discussions and conversations between developers, architects, hospitality leaders and investors exploring the future of branded residences and luxury living.

The Approach

The production combined event photography with dedicated video coverage across all three cities, creating individual video content for each conference alongside an overall recap of the European tour. The photography and video were designed to capture both the formal programme and the wider atmosphere of each event, including speakers, panel discussions, networking and interactions between attendees. Working as part of VMI Studio's production team, the resulting content supported Global Branded Residences and its event partners, including VMI Studio, Bogle Architects, RLA Global and Minor Hotels.
