Property & Architecture videography

Cinematic Video for Architecture, Property & Designed Spaces

Video gives potential clients and audiences something photography cannot: a sense of movement through a space. Carefully considered camera movement can communicate scale, atmosphere, materials and the relationship between different areas, helping viewers understand not just what a property looks like, but how it feels to experience it.

At Flux Bros, we produce property and architectural videography for architects, developers, property professionals and design-led businesses across London, Hampshire and the UK. From cinematic walkthroughs and environmental footage to project films and short-form digital content, we create video that brings spaces and the ideas behind them to life.

Whether you're showcasing a completed architectural project, marketing a development or communicating a property concept, we'll develop a visual approach that suits the space and the way you need to present it.

What is Property & Architecture Videography?

Property and architecture videography uses moving image to document and communicate buildings, interiors, developments and designed environments.

Where photography can capture individual views and details, video can connect those elements together. Movement through a building can demonstrate scale and flow, while changes in perspective can reveal relationships between rooms, architectural features and the surrounding environment.

The approach can vary considerably depending on the project. A property marketing film might focus on creating an engaging overview of a development, while an architectural project film may place greater emphasis on design decisions, materials and individual details.

Video can also incorporate people, interviews, environmental footage and graphic elements to provide additional context around a project.

At Flux Bros, we consider the intended audience and application before developing the visual approach, whether the finished film is intended for a website, presentation, social media campaign, property marketing or an architectural portfolio.

Why Choose Flux Bros?

Effective architectural video requires more than simply walking through a building with a camera. The movement, framing, pacing and editing all influence how an audience understands and experiences the space.

We approach each production with an emphasis on composition and visual storytelling, considering how different spaces connect and how movement can reveal architectural details without becoming distracting.

Our experience with Dowen Farmer Architects has included documenting architectural projects and the environments in which their work takes place. This has given us an understanding of the importance of materials, details and spatial relationships when creating visual content for architectural practices.

Our wider experience also includes larger-scale property and luxury residential content. For VMI, we travelled through Vienna, Prague and Budapest to document a week focused on the opportunities surrounding global branded residences within the luxury residential sector. Alongside photography, we produced daily video content and a longer recap film, combining event coverage with content designed to communicate a wider property and investment story.

This broader experience allows us to approach property video from both a visual and communications perspective, creating content that can work across websites, presentations, social media and wider marketing campaigns.

What we can produce

Recent Property & Architecture Projects

Our architecture and property portfolio is currently centred around our ongoing work with Dowen Farmer Architects, alongside wider experience creating visual content within the property and luxury residential sector.

For Dowen Farmer, our work has included documenting architectural projects and creating visual content around their practice. This has involved capturing the details, materials and spaces that communicate the character of their work, alongside content showing the architects and team behind the projects.

Our work with VMI provides a different perspective on property-sector videography. During a week travelling through Vienna, Prague and Budapest, we documented a series of panels exploring opportunities around global branded residences within the luxury residential sector. We produced daily video content throughout the trip as well as a longer recap film, alongside photography from the week.

The project demonstrates how property-sector video can extend beyond documenting a physical building, using moving image to communicate the people, ideas, environments and conversations surrounding the industry.
