We also photographed Brunel Works, documenting the distinctive birch plywood elements within the project and creating imagery that could communicate the design in detail.

Our Real Estate Process

We begin by understanding the property, the project and how the photography will be used. We'll discuss the spaces that need to be documented, the intended audience and any specific architectural or design features that need particular attention.

Before the shoot, we'll consider locations, timings, natural light, weather, access and any preparation required within the property. For larger projects, we'll establish a shot list to make sure the final collection provides comprehensive coverage.

On location, we work carefully through the space, considering perspective, composition and light to create a balanced collection of images. Alongside wider views, we capture architectural details, materials, textures and smaller elements that contribute to the character of the project.

Selected images are professionally edited and colour graded to create a consistent final collection. We aim for a polished but natural finish that accurately represents the property without making it feel artificial.
